I didn’t build this site to talk theory. I built it because I spent 11+ years inside manufacturing plants and facilities, getting my hands dirty with real breakdowns, real deadlines, and real pressure, and I learned what actually works when a machine goes down at 2 AM.

What I’ve Actually Done
Over my career, I’ve worked as both a boots-on-the-ground maintenance engineer and a strategic project specialist, which means I understand the problem from both sides of the table.
I’ve built maintenance systems from scratch, written SOPs that teams actually follow, rolled out CMMS platforms, led reliability improvement projects, and coached maintenance engineers and managers on how to stop firefighting and start leading.
When AI tools started entering the maintenance space, I was already deep in the trenches testing them, not waiting for a trend piece to tell me what to think.
